Kelli Siepker was born and raised in rural Wabash, Indiana. She graduated from Ball State University in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and a minor in Gerontology. Kelli began as a volunteer at the Alpha Center during her Junior year of college, became an intern during her final semester, and is now Executive Director of Alpha Center, Inc.
Kelli's compassion for the elderly began when she spent a great deal of time visiting her great-grandmother in their hometown nursing home. She then began working at a near-by nursing home in Wabash during her college career, until she accepted her current position here at the Alpha Center.
For fun she enjoys working as many weekends and holidays as she can at a small campground near the Salamonie Reservoir, as well as spending time with her family, church family, and friends. Kelli's passion is working closely with clients, families, employees and donors to continue promoting the Alpha Center as a safe, stimulating, and structured environment.
"The Alpha Center allows me to practice patience, treat the clients with dignity and respect, and gives me the opportunity to create cherished relationships."
